Great facilities including a nice pub, indoor and outdoor swimming pool. The staff at the reception were friendly and very helpful. Good value for money and a great place to relax with friends or family.
The showers had poor water pressure and felt like standing under a light drizzle. The beds could be more comfortable and some were broken.

We had a fantastic stay at the cottage. Rock Cottage exceeded our expectations with its spaciousness and amenities. There was plenty of room for our family, and we especially loved having two bathrooms. the on-site pool and local pub were excellent additions to our holiday. We also appreciated the convenience of being close to Launceston, where our parents live. Ordering groceries from the nearby Tesco and collecting them upon arrival made our stay even more convenient. Rock Cottage provided us with a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Cons: Everything was great! 😊.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Rock Cottage and it was a wonderful experience. The cottage was lovely, clean, and perfect for a family with kids. The outdoor and indoor swimming pools, playgrounds, and gym on-site were a huge hit with my children. The owner even provided a starter basket with breakfast items, a lifesaver when my kids wanted breakfast first thing in the morning.

This place was absolutely incredible! The location was mind-blowing, with the patio overlooking the stunning surroundings. The property itself was super clean and comfortable, with not one, but two bathrooms, making it so convenient for our group. The on-site pub meals were a jaw-dropping bonus, as we didn't have to worry about cooking at all. The bungalow itself was excellent, and the on-site pool was a fantastic way to relax. Additionally, the local pub just added that extra touch of enjoyment. The facilities on-site were just a short walk away, including the pub, shop, pools, gym. The lady on reception was friendly and so helpful throughout our stay. This place is seriously a great value for money, and I can't recommend it enough for a relaxing getaway with friends or family. We will definitely be back!

The facilities at this hotel were amazing. They had a lovely pub, both indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and a gym. It was great to have so many options, especially during the Christmas season when the weather wasn't the best. The lady at the reception was also very friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Another advantage was the value for money, it was definitely worth it. I highly recommend this place for a relaxing getaway with friends or family.
Although our overall experience was great, there were a few downsides. The water pressure in the showers was very poor, it felt like standing under a light drizzle.
